For extra peace of mind, the lock can also be overridden with a 6-lever high double-bitted key.

Yale High Protection Safes can be accessed using one of 100,000+ PIN code combinations. If unwanted visitors do try to access your valuables, you can be confident that your safe will provide a formidable deterrent. If 3 incorrect PIN codes are inputted, the safe enters a 1-minute lockdown. If you forget your PIN code and require emergency access, you can use the provided mechanical override double-bit key included with each safe. You can also use a 9V external battery to gain emergency access (not included).

When you open the safe lock, extra bright LED lighting illuminates the felt-lined interior and 1 adjustable shelf. The internal illumination grants you clear visibility of your possessions, while the internal hooks provide easy access and secure organization. Feel confident knowing that the shelf can be removed—though its mounting brackets are fixed—and the two 20mm anti-saw locking bolts on the door ensure ultimate security. Additionally, the safe comes with pre-drilled holes in the back and base for wall or floor mounting; fixing bolts included.
