De Raat's Defender series is a traditionally constructed safe. Thick wall construction, multiple barrier filling and a 3-sided locking mechanism ensure a heavy but also very solid safe. Feels very good and solid.
Suitable for situations with an increased risk of burglary, theft and fire. Can be equipped with an electronic code lock, option box for forwarding to alarm, time lock, etc.

It's a substantial safe and weighs around 12 stone, so an optimistic thief isn't going to go running away with it anytime soon. The storage inside can easily take a4 size folders as well as a lockable top tray for papers and small items. The door had useful deep trays as well, so all in all, plenty of space for average household needs. The safe is water and fireproof which is brilliant. To sum up, for the money I don't think you can beat this model and I would 100% recommend it. Plus the company was a joy to do business with.
